Aloha,

My name is Massimo Trombini, and I am the head chef of Luca Chef Services. I was born in Rome, Italy and moved to the United States in 1980. I have over 20 years experience in the culinary industry and have received awards for my cooking.

My philosophy about cooking is very simple--use the very freshest ingredients that Maui has to offer, and respect the food by not over handling it.

I love Italian food, of course, but I can prepare many types of cuisines for you and your family. I have two children, Luca and Mateo, and my wife, Debbie, who are also part of Luca Chef Services.

We provide quality and comfort in our customized menus, dietary programs and allergy conscious preparations.
